Have you got the thirst for finding the story - and love telling it in a punchy, informal way that delivers just the facts relevant to a young, busy audience? Know Gibraltar inside out and can get to the heart of local issues under your own steam?
If so, we’re looking for you! We want a journalist and broadcaster to join our expanding team. We need a self-starter, someone with gumption and a track record in news for on-air and online as this role is fast-paced. Delivering news bulletins, covering special events live for our programmes and getting involved in a myriad of other things at our exciting radio station.
Qualifications and experience would be good, but character and a go-getting attitude goes just as far in convincing us that you could be a newshound that should be on our team.
To apply, send us your CV and covering letter and write us a quick news story in a couple of lines. Give us an example of your writing style and how you can tell a powerful yet relevant story for our listeners getting all the details into two succinct sentences (any Gibraltar related original story would be best for us).
Ready? Good, hop to the keyboard and then get it all in to email@example.com
Remember, the deadline was 10 minutes ago - we’re waiting to hear your story. Good Luck!
Closing Date: 31st July 2019 Job Type: Part Time / Full Part Time
