Minister Bossano is currently in Bahrain participating in a Start-up Nations Ministerial meeting which offers the opportunity to making it easier when starting a business.

Minister Sir Joe Bossano is currently in Bahrain participating in a Start-up Nations Ministerial meeting supported by the Global Entrepreneurship Network, (GEN) and the World Bank Group.
The Start-up Nations Ministerial offers the opportunity for public sector entities to share their experience and questions with counterparts of other national ecosystems.
The GEN operate a platform of projects and programmes in 170 countries aimed at making it easier to start and scale up a business, by fostering deeper collaboration and initiatives amongst all stakeholders involved in different countries with the objective of accelerating innovation and
strengthening economic growth.
Gibraltar’s participation has been organised through the involvement of Mr. Jared Peralta Managing Director GEN Gibraltar, who is accompanying the Minister.
The Ministerial session of the conference will involve presentations by Ministers from Bahrain, Argentina, Israel, Georgia and Malaysia and followed by debate on these presentations and on the different policies initiatives taking place in different countries.
